Please read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions outlined here
below before you may make use of RedCap Foundation and its online donation. We may
amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. In this
document, "you" or "your" means any person or entity or authorized representative
making use of the Redcap Foundation website ("Users"). Unless otherwise stated,
RedCap Foundation "we" or "our" will refer collectively to RedCap Foundation and
its partners. This applies to administrators and any authorized representative.
"We" indicates RedCap Foundation and "you" indicates any person or entity using
the Service.
The RedCap Foundation Internet environment allows donors to learn about the work
and campaigns of the RedCap Foundation and make payments in support of them. , RedCap
Foundation posts general information and images about its work to increase exposure
to prospective donors. Donors, in turn, may browse RedCap Foundation to find out
projects and its beneficiaries to support in a particular geographic region, demographic
category or other areas.
All users of the RedCap Foundation website agree to immediately report any suspicious,
dishonest, misleading or fraudulent activity on this site. RedCap Foundation will
investigate all such claims. Any user found to have posted false or misleading information
will be banned from further use of this site. RedCap Foundation reserves the right
to remove any user, organization we deem as inappropriate, at its sole discretion.
Confidentiality
Unless otherwise stated or by prior arrangement, you will treat RedCap Foundation’s
intellectual property as confidential and proprietary, and not disclose it to anyone
without the prior written consent of RedCap Foundation. You may not use RedCap Foundation’s
trademarks and advertising without RedCap Foundations permission, and then only
in ways agreed to by you and RedCap Foundation. For each payment, you may elect
to give anonymously or to provide contact information to the RedCap Foundation.
Your contact information is limited to what you have specified during the application
and payment process.
Information
In order to provide the highest level of service to all our users, information provided
by you for processing will be stored with information of all other users in our
database. Credit card and other account information from RedCap Foundation database
will not be provided to you or any other party. You are responsible for maintaining
a record of all account information for your own use as well as for backup in the
event of a system failure that requires restoration. Any attempt to gain access
to RedCap Foundation database or systems by you, or anyone directly or indirectly
associated or related to you, however remotely, will result in termination of any
relationship with you. In the event of any such attempt to gain access, RedCap Foundation
will immediately terminate any association with you or your organization.
Electronic Transfer
When you make a payment through the RedCap Foundation website from any accepted
account, you are requesting an electronic transfer. Upon such request, RedCap Foundation
will make electronic transfers via the appropriate electronic transfer system in
the amount you specify. You agree that such requests constitute your authorization
for such transfers. RedCap Foundation will never make transfers from your account
without your authorization. RedCap Foundation reserves the right to resubmit for
collection any transfers authorized by you that is returned for insufficient or
uncollected funds.
RedCap Foundation will appear on your billing statement for all payments made from
card payment accounts.
RedCap Foundation shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that requests for electronic
debits and credits involving bank accounts and credit cards are processed in a timely
manner. However, a number of factors, several of which are outside of our control,
will contribute to when the funds are received. We make no representations or warranties
regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing, such as delays in the
banking system, nor shall we be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising
from any claim of delay.
Security
RedCap Foundation suggests that you use a web browser with 128-bit encryption. However,
regardless of whether you use a web browser with security features, RedCap Foundation
is unable to guarantee that data transmitted is secure and/or will not be intercepted
by third parties.
Donor eligibility
In order to use the service, donors must be at least 18 years of age. If you are
under the age of 18, you hereby represent that you are using the service with the
consent of your parent or guardian.
Valid Bank Account
You must have a valid and active accepted card or any other accepted account.
It is Redcap Foundation’s assumption that you have determined that using / donating
to RedCap Foundation violates no laws or regulations. You warrant that you are violating
no law or regulation by your use of RedCap Foundation’s site, and you indemnify
us for any and all liability that might arise from your use of RedCap Foundation’s
website.
General
RedCap Foundation is not responsible for any dissatisfaction you may have regarding
the project delivery or campaign or recipient / beneficiary of our projects.
Although we have taken great care in the preparation of this website and update
the contents regularly, Redcap Foundation assumes no responsibility for errors or
omissions and assumes no liability for the consequences of using the information
on this website. Whilst every effort has been made by Redcap Foundation, and its
suppliers of information, to ensure the proper performance of this website, the
accuracy of the information/images and the reliability of the binary data on this
website, Redcap Foundation, its affiliated companies, suppliers, or any of their
employees, do not guarantee the availability of services, content and information
offered on this website or the accuracy of the information and/or images on this
website.
Indemnity
In consideration of this donation, I hereby authorize the RedCap Foundation to debit
my credit card or debit card. I release and discharge RedCap Foundation and Mr Price
Group, together with their directors, other employees, servants, and agents from
all claims for any loss I may experience as a result of theft, fraud and negligence
of any of them or any cause whatsoever and arising out of my participation in this
online donation. I assume all risks of participating in the online donation / payment.
I have read and understood the terms and conditions printed in this donation form.
I accept such terms and conditions and undertake to abide by them and any other
further rules or terms and conditions laid down by the RedCap Foundation and Mr
Price Group on this donation form and on this website. I acknowledge and accept
that the donation will be automatically taken off my account using the credit /
debit card details completed by me.
